I am a com­puter sci­ent­ist, cur­rently fin­ish­ing my Ph.D. at the Uni­ver­sity of West­ern Ontario. My research is in pro­gram­ming lan­guages; spe­cific­ally I am design­ing and imple­ment­ing a pro­gram­ming lan­guage in which the com­piler can auto­mat­ic­ally infer run­ning time and memory require­ments. My hope is that this can make soft­ware more reliable.
